The air water syringe tip is bulky and thicker than all air water syringe tips and also blocks the field of vision. The air water syringe adapter for this air water syringe tip is also one of the largest, making the system the largest of all disposable air water syringe tips.

Even though there are separate air/water channels, there may be leakage of dental water into the dental air chamber if not properly aligned with the notch on the air water syringe adapter.
