Air water syringe tip has a flat profile, with brand name on one side.

Air water syringe adapter is not fixed tightly on air water syringe, so it rotates, making installing the air water syringe tip even more awkward, as tip will only fit when notch on base of tip is aligned with notch on air water syringe adapter.

This air water syringe tip only has one dental air and one dental water channel.

This air water syringe tip does not have any seals at the point of contact in which the dental air and dental water connect to the air water syringe tip.
